Joshua Ocasio is a Florida-licensed real estate professional serving clients in both the residential and commercial real estate markets. With a background spanning residential leasing, property insurance claims, and direct sales, Joshua brings a practical, well-rounded perspective to every transaction.

Joshua began his real estate career in Brooklyn, New York, where he worked with renters, landlords, and property managers throughout the apartment search and leasing process. His experience included property showings, client consultation, lease coordination, and relationship-based sales.

In Florida, Joshua has also worked as a licensed public adjuster, representing property owners in residential insurance claims, inspecting and documenting property damage, and negotiating directly with insurance carriers. That experience has strengthened his understanding of property condition, negotiation, and the financial considerations that can affect real estate ownership.

At Sea Glass Gulf Realty, Joshua assists buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners with residential and commercial real estate, with a particular interest in commercial and investment sales. He is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English, allowing him to serve a diverse range of clients. Joshua also holds an active Florida 3-20 Public Adjuster License and is a Florida Notary Public and Certified Notary Signing Agent.
